No. Each player is permitted to hold only one ppgming account. Most deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and online banking are credited to your ppgming account instantly or within a few minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, please contact ppgming support with your transaction reference number and we'll look into it right away.

ppgming does not charge any fees on deposits made via GCash, PayMaya, or direct bank transfers. However, some payment providers — particularly over-the-counter channels like Cebuana Lhuillier or M Lhuillier — may apply their own service fees on your end. ppgming has no control over third-party processing fees. We recommend using GCash or PayMaya for the fastest and most cost-effective deposits.
Withdrawals

To withdraw from ppgming, log in to your account and go to the Cashier section, then select Withdraw. Choose your preferred withdrawal method — GCash, PayMaya, or your registered bank account — enter the amount, and confirm the request. Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are sent only to payment accounts registered in your own name, matching your ppgming account details.

Processing times vary by method:
  • GCash / PayMaya: Usually within 1–24 hours after approval
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank / UnionBank: 1–3 business days
  • Other banks via Instapay / PESONet: 1–3 business days
ppgming's finance team reviews withdrawal requests during business hours. Requests submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may take an additional day to process. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact ppgming support with your withdrawal reference number.

The minimum withdrawal amount at ppgming is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks as part of ppgming's anti-money laundering compliance procedures. If your withdrawal request exceeds a certain threshold, our team may contact you to confirm the transaction before processing.

Withdrawal requests at ppgming may be declined for several reasons, including:
  • Your account KYC verification is incomplete or documents are pending review
  • The withdrawal account name does not match your registered ppgming account name
  • Active bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met
  • A security review has been triggered on your account
  • The withdrawal amount is below the ₱200 minimum
