1 Introduction

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how ppgming ("ppgming," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal data of individuals ("you," "Player," "User") who access or use the ppgming website, mobile platform, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

ppgming is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal data entrusted to us. We process personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and all applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

By registering an account on ppgming or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not use the Platform.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the ppgming Platform.

2 Data Controller

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, ppgming is the personal information controller responsible for the personal data collected through the Platform. ppgming determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is accountable for ensuring that such processing complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws.

3 Personal Data We Collect

ppgming collects the following categories of personal data from players and Platform users:

• Identity Data: Full legal name, date of birth, gender, nationality, and government-issued ID details (e.g., PhilSys National ID number, passport number, driver's license number).
• Contact Data: Residential address (including barangay, city/municipality, province), email address, and mobile phone number.
• Account Data: ppgming username, account ID, account creation date, login history, and account preferences.
• Financial Data: Payment method details (e.g., GCash account name and number, PayMaya account details, bank account name and number for BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank), deposit and withdrawal history, and transaction records.

• Payment Processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment service providers, to the extent necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals.
• KYC & Identity Verification Providers: Third-party identity verification services engaged by ppgming to conduct Know Your Customer checks and document authentication.
• Fraud Prevention & Security Services: Providers of fraud detection, risk assessment, and cybersecurity services that help ppgming protect the Platform and its players.

Some of ppgming's service providers and game partners may be located outside the Philippines. 9 Data Retention

ppgming retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying legal, regulatory, accounting, and reporting obligations. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active ppgming account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by Philippine financial regulations.
• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction, whichever is later.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for as long as you remain a registered ppgming player, and for one (1) year following account closure or withdrawal of consent.

When personal data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, ppgming will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

• Right of Access: The right to request a copy of the personal data ppgming holds about you, along with information about how it is being processed.
• Right to Rectification: The right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data ppgming holds about you.
• Right to Erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to ppgming's legal retention obligations.

• Right to Data Portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another personal information controller where technically feasible.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent, the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines if you believe ppgming has violated your data privacy rights.

12 Data Security

ppgming implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the ppgming Platform
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial records and KYC documents
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, ppgming will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

While ppgming takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppgming account credentials and for notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

13 Children's Privacy

The ppgming Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations. ppgming does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If ppgming becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

The ppgming Platform may contain references to third-party game providers and payment services. ppgming is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party services. ppgming's Privacy Policy applies solely to data collected and processed by ppgming through the Platform. It does not apply to data collected by third-party payment processors, game studios, or any other external services.

15 Updates to This Policy

ppgming reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable laws, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ppgming Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how ppgming protects your personal data.
