1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the ppgming website, mobile platform, and any associated applications or services (collectively, the "Platform"). Access to and use of the ppgming Platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

ppgming reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the ppgming Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law governing casino-style gambling and online gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ppgming or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ppgming Platform or any other online gaming platform operated under PAGCOR regulations.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ppgming or any PAGCOR-recognized responsible gaming program.

ppgming reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on ppgming, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all ppgming accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one ppgming account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppgming login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ppgming will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify ppgming immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Account Currency: All ppgming accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ppgming is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC"), may be initiated at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at ppgming's discretion.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID)
• Proof of residential address (e .g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name, or bank statement matching your registered details)
• A selfie holding your government-issued ID, as requested by our verification team

ppgming will process KYC documents within three (3) to five (5) business days of receipt. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. ppgming reserves the right to close an account and return the deposited balance (less any bonuses) if a player fails to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe or submits fraudulent documentation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ppgming supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Deposit Fees: ppgming does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, for which ppgming accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC verification status and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• Same-Method Policy: ppgming may require that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as an anti-money laundering control measure.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ppgming reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts after providing prior written notice to the registered email address.

ppgming reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that is subject to an ongoing investigation, dispute, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, ppgming will notify the player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ppgming offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ppgming reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion, including where abuse or exploitation of bonus terms is suspected.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your ppgming account at any given time.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account without notice.
• Bonus Abuse: ppgming employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and balances forfeited.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ppgming Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.

ppgming uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous results, player identity, or account balance.

• Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical RTP for each game is published in the game information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, ppgming reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. ppgming's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection: ppgming is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or power outage on the player's side. Players are advised to maintain a stable connection before placing wagers.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are subject to additional rules specific to each table. The decisions of live dealers are final and binding, subject to review by ppgming's gaming operations team in cases of clear error.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppgming Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to ppgming support
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the ppgming Platform or its underlying software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ppgming staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the Platform
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

9 Responsible Gaming

ppgming is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their ppgming account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, no further wagers may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that will notify them when a specified amount of time has elapsed during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up notifications displaying their net gaming position and session duration.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

ppgming reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player with their payment provider
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage
• Conduct that ppgming reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ppgming reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

Players may also voluntarily close their ppgming account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ppgming Platform, including but not limited to the ppgming brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ppgming or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ppgming Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ppgming content without prior written consent
• Use the ppgming brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization
• Create derivative works based on ppgming content or software
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the Platform

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ppgming's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppgming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the ppgming Platform
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data
• Any game malfunction, software error, or technical failure
• Any interruption or cessation of the Platform's services
• Any third-party conduct or content accessible through the Platform

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ppgming's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

ppgming collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the ppgming Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ppgming complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or these Terms.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ppgming reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the ppgming Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ppgming Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account decisions, players may submit a formal complaint to ppgming's customer support team. ppgming will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
